Levels, missed lessons, group size, payment in UZS and the money-back guarantee — short, honest answers about studying English at Lingua Mira. How to work out your level before you start, what happens if you miss a lesson, whether groups really cap at six, whether you can pay in instalments, and why we teach online only.
Everything people usually ask.
How do I know if my level fits?
There is no way to know in advance, which is why the free call exists. We talk for ten minutes in English and ten in Russian, and then tell you honestly which group suits you — or whether this is the right moment at all.
What if I miss a lesson?
The recording stays available to you for a week, and the teacher sends a short audio covering what you missed, plus a task to catch up with the group.
Is a group really only 6 people?
Yes. Enrolment closes at the sixth student, even when more people want in. It is written into the contract, and the results guarantee rests on it.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes: three equal payments with no fee — before the start, at the end of week four and at the end of week eight.
How does the refund work?
If you attended at least 80% of the lessons, did the homework, and the two assessments show no progress, we return the full amount within 14 working days after the course.
Do you have offline classes?
No, we work online only. That way the teacher runs equally good lessons for Tashkent, the regions and students living abroad.
