Lingua Mira is a boutique online English school based in Tashkent, teaching across Uzbekistan — and why we cap every group at six students instead of scaling. One teacher, 12-week programmes for teens and adults, an honest results guarantee and payment in UZS. No thirty-seat streams and no rotating cast of freelance tutors.
A small school. On purpose.
Lingua Mira grew out of a simple disagreement: we were tired of schools with thirty people in a group, a level promised in a month, and your name forgotten by the third lesson.
We have no sales department and no plans to become a chain. There is one teacher, a small support team and a few cohorts a year — as many as we can run without losing quality. Whatever is left after salaries goes back into the programme: materials, feedback on your work and the teacher's time for every student.
- 01Smaller is better: six people in a group, not sixteen.
- 02We do not put anything in our advertising that we could not repeat to your face.
- 03One teacher runs the whole programme — instead of a rotating "team of experts".
- 04The result is measured not in slides but in what you can say out loud.
